Spanish Fort Municipal Court is held on the fourth Thursday of every month. Doors open at 2:30 pm for check-in, and Court will enter into session at 3:30 pm.

FOR CITATIONS NOT REQUIRING A COURT APPEARANCE

• Appear at Spanish Fort City Hall, enter a plea of guilty, and make payment in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or money order. (Guilty Plea form may be downloaded from the link below.)

• Mail payment in the form of a cashier’s check or money order along with a plea of guilty to the following:
