ELIGIBILITY

Driving school is granted for minor traffic offenses only. To be eligible for driving school, the Spanish Fort Municipal Court requires that you have not received a traffic citation in the last 5 years.

REQUESTING DRIVING SCHOOL

To request driving school you must come to the Spanish Fort Municipal Court office with ID.

REQUIREMENTS

• Complete driving school class

• Pay court cost of $172.00

• Complete 10 hours of community service at any non-profit organization.
